FOR A SPECIAL FRIEND
A chill night..silent night..my room was lit by the moon..my mind was lit by you..far across the seas..miles and miles away from me..but still so close to my heart..
As the nightingales sang their songs..as the cool breeze brushed my hair..you sat beside me whispering nothings to my ears..
Was it a dream..or was it my wish..or was it destiny that we should meet..promises were made..not to be broken..but to be kept close to the heart..
And as the moon went down promising a new sunrise I slept in your warmth..a silent sleep with fairies dancing in my dreams..
